What's the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A standard (recurring) clean keeps an already-maintained home fresh: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces every visit. A deep clean is a top-to-bottom reset that adds detail work like baseboards, trim, and door frames. Every new customer starts with a Deep Clean. Your recurring rate begins with visit two.
How is pricing calculated?
Flat rates based on your home's size, the service you choose, and any add-ons. You see your exact price online before you book, no in-home estimates, no phone tag, no upsells at the door.
Can I add extras like inside the oven or refrigerator?
Yes. Add-ons like inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, interior windows at standard reach (up to 15 panes), and more can be selected when you book. Inside the oven and refrigerator are included automatically with a move-in or move-out clean.
Do your cleaning pros bring their own supplies?
Yes. Our cleaning pros arrive fully equipped with the supplies and equipment to complete your clean. Prefer that we use your own supplies instead? Just note it when you book.
Are your cleaners vetted and insured?
