Two dads from the neighborhood, one set of standards.
MAB was started by two veterans who met the ordinary way: through their kids, who became friends in elementary school. Between us we spent more than 35 years in the Army and the Air Force, and somewhere between school pickups we realized we shared the same frustration. The local home services we kept hiring were run on hope, not process. No-shows, no vetting, no one accountable when something went wrong.
In the military, you don’t hope things go right. You build the process that makes them go right.
