We provide residential cleaning services to homes in Montgomery and Bucks Counties, Pennsylvania.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you request a quote, book a service, or contact us, we may collect your name, home or service address, email address, phone number, the details of the service you request, entry or access instructions, and any notes you choose to share. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems. We may add or change payment processors over time.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

SMS / text messaging program (A2P)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages related to your service. Our messaging falls into two categories:

Transactional / service messages. Booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, cleaner arrival notices, and other messages necessary to deliver the service you requested.

Promotional / marketing messages. Offers, follow-up after a clean, re-booking reminders, and similar marketing messages. These are sent only to customers and prospects who have separately opted in to receive them.

Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from MAB Cleaning Service at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your service and your interactions with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts, except where you start a new conversation or re-subscribe.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy of opt-in data. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information, or the consent you give to receive text messages, with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers collected for the purpose of SMS are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties other than the service providers needed to deliver the messages.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business:

• Service providers who help us operate, such as our booking platform, our payment provider (Stripe), text-messaging and marketing platforms, hosting provider, and analytics providers, each of whom may use your information only to perform services for us.
• The cleaning professionals assigned to your job, who receive the information needed to perform the service (such as your service address, access instructions, and scope of work).
• Legal and safety reasons, such as to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers, our cleaning professionals, and our business.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure and improve our marketing. These tools may collect information such as your device and browser, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site.

Analytics. We use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and we may use Google Tag Manager to manage these tags.

Advertising. Because we run online ads, we use advertising and conversion-tracking tools to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. These currently include Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API. As our advertising grows, we may also use similar tools such as Microsoft Advertising (Bing) tags, Microsoft Clarity, TikTok Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag.

Call tracking and CRM. We may use call-tracking and customer-relationship tools, such as a marketing platform like GoHighLevel, to record and attribute calls, form submissions, and follow-up messages.
